To celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Uptown Dance Company and Uptown Dance Company II have been invited to join other local companies and artists to perform at Artists for Hope, hosted by San Jacinto College.

Artists for Hope is a fundraising concert event developed by artists who wish to make a difference. Houston based choreographers and professional dance companies will present a variety of dance works, and San Jacinto College faculty and student art works will be shown and sold. Participating artists include Ad Deum Dance Company, Aimed Dance, Frame Dance Productions, Fuzion Contemporary Dance Company, Hope Stone, JDF Elite Competitive Dance Company, Open Dance Project, San Jacinto College Performing Arts Company, Uptown Dance, and Vitacca Dance Project. All ticket sales and art sales will be gifted to fund cancer research and awareness.
